The National Savings Department is an attached department of the Internal Resources Department of the Ministry of Finance dedicated to collecting small savings of the people of the country by encouraging them to save. The Directorate of National Savings performs the overall responsibility of formulating, implementing and keeping accounts of modern saving schemes for domestic resource collection. The National Savings Division Office is carrying out the overall responsibility of this department.
